Duck that would be served in a dinner “reborn” and escapes from the freezer

A housewife from Tallahassee, Florida, found a surprise when she opened her freezer and saw that the duck her husband had hunt 2 days ago was alive.

When she caught the duck it starts to move. Frightened, the housewife called her daughter and told that she needed to take the “dinner” to a veterinary.

Laina Whipple, the veterinary, said that the survival of the duck can be explained by its slow metabolism, by a bad function at the freezer and by a valuation mistake for the hunter, because this animal is so slow that sometimes looks like it is dead.
